As someone who grew up online, I learned — right alongside the rest of the world — that the internet isn’t always built for softness. There aren’t enough spaces that feel safe and real. Especially for those of us who don’t want to completely unplug, but still feel the weight of it all.
We know the numbers: over 40% of Gen Z report feeling anxious or depressed most of the time. Social media use is linked to higher levels of loneliness, especially for women and girls. And yet — we’re all still here, still scrolling, still trying to feel something real.
That’s why I believe in creating something different — a low-tech space inside the digital world. A place where the pace is slower, the energy is softer, and connection feels peaceful again.
Technology can be more than noise. It can be a resource. A way to reconnect — not just with each other, but with ourselves. Sometimes you just have to…
